Booking.com usually takes around 15% of the stay. For a room at £90 a night, three nights booked direct instead of through the platform keep about £40 with you. A few direct bookings a season pay for the site.
A website does not replace the platforms. It gives guests who already found you, and regulars who come back, a good reason to contact you directly.

From what is already public: name, address, hours, services, description. It sits at a private address that Google does not index.

On your current domain or a new one, within a week. Your email is left untouched.
£49 or $49 a month, or £690 or $690 once.
The subscription has no minimum term and covers everything: the site, hosting, the domain name and 2 change requests a month. Cancel whenever you like. Or buy the site outright, then hosting is £99 or $99 a year from year two. Either way, the preview is free. In the euro area: €39 a month or €590.

Can you reuse my photos and text?
Yes. The preview is built from your current site and public information. You can send me other photos by email afterwards.

I start from your public information and suggest a domain name, included in the price.
What if I don't like the preview?
You pay nothing and have nothing to do. The preview is deleted after 30 days, or straight away if you ask.
